Online Prayer Request Guide
There are a number of places one can go to receive prayer support online. Here are a few of my favorite sites.
Archdiocese Contemplative Nuns at Prayer -- At the heart of the church are Contemplative Nuns at prayer! Within seven monasteries in the Archdiocese of St. Louis and one monastery in the neighboring Diocese of Belleville, Illinois, approximately 115 Nuns pray zealously for the many intentions entrusted to their prayers. The orders include: Discalced Carmelites, Conteplative Sisters of the Good Shepherd, Holy Spirit Adoration Sisters, Passionists Nuns, Poor Clare Nuns, Redemptoristine Nuns, and the Visitation Community.
St. Anthony Shrine -- Prayer requests are displayed at this Web site and on a large, scrolling screen next to St. Anthony's relic at the National Shrine of St. Anthony of Padua in Cincinnati, Ohio.
EWTN -- You can either post a prayer request online or send a prayer intention card.
