Trinity Sunday

The feast of the Holy Trinity is celebrated on the First Sunday after Pentecost. The dogma of faith which forms the object of the feast is this: There is one God and in this one God there are three divine Persons; the Father is God, the Son is God, the Holy Spirit is God.

For Today's Homily, go see Father Stephanos, O.S.B. at One Monk of the Order of Saint Benedict .

"Our God in his deepest mystery is not a solitude, but a family, since He has in Himself fatherhood, sonship and the essence of the family, which is love."
~ Pope John Paul II

"In the communion of grace with the Trinity, man's living area is broadened and raised up to the supernatural level of divine life. Man lives in God and by God."
~ Pope John Paul II
