Here is the excerpt from the Article & TV show: "A film called Bella is sparking nationwide debate about adoption. It's film's leading man, actor/producer Eduardo Verastegui, spoke at the White House as United Nations unofficial ambassador for adoption.
"Families have changed their lives forever after adopting a child. Because it's not only that a family can give a child a home, but they themselves would have the gift of motherhood and fatherhood. So in adoption... everybody wins,"Verastegui said.

JEAN M. HEIMANN "This is a film with power behind it and that power is the truth, the gift of love, and respect for human life... it will be hard to keep your eyes off the star of this film (Eduardo Verástegui). Not only is he an attractive and extremely competent actor, but he is one who has had a conversion experience, and this film is the fruit of that experience. This is a movie that will transform your life and keep you thinking. You can't help but love Bella! It is a must-see movie!"

I wrote my review after watching a preview of this film last month. (The preview was shown via DVD and I was sitting in the back of a room of 400 people, with a few heads occasionally blocking my view.) Now after watching in on the big screen, I feel like my original review didn't do it justice, although I rated it as an A+. I noticed so much more this time around and it was so much more tender and touching. Perhaps, I was moved so powerfully because I know from personal experience how wonderful it is (through the power of God) to save lives.
