I wrote my review after watching a preview of this film last month. (The preview was shown via DVD and I was sitting in the back of a room of 400 people, with a few heads occasionally blocking my view.) Now after watching in on the big screen, I feel like my original review didn't do it justice, although I rated it as an A+. I noticed so much more this time around and it was so much more tender and touching. Perhaps, I was moved so powerfully because I know from personal experience how wonderful it is (through the power of God) to save lives.

The pro-death camp is trying everything to stop this movie from being seen, just like "The passion of The Christ". And just like that movie, lives are touched.
ReplyDeleteWhile I certainly think Bella should be promoted far and wide I think that the mention of the box office is dishonest since Goya Food's who is promoting the film purchased 10,000 tickets for the first weekend which skews the box office - though I could be wrong about the effect.

Many individuals and organizations have pre-purchased tickets in order for teens to see this film, which is a blessing.
