"Tiller the Killer" Claims Another Victim; May Be Sued In Small Claims Court This Time
I was so happy to read Operation Rescue's post about Mark Geitzen today I wanted to share this bit of latest news with you. If there is anyone in this world I would believe it is Mark Gietzen - he is a man of integrity - a Catholic man who possesses strong moral convictions and courage. He has been blessed with the gift of fortitude and the gift of love for the innocent and defenseless victims of abortion.
For those of you don't know Mark, he is the director of the Kansas Coalition For Life and drives one of Operation Rescue's Truth Trucks. He is the person who is in charge of the prayer warriors and the sidewalk counselors at George Tiller's late term abortion mill.
Last year, when I was still going out to the abortion mill to pray and do sidewalk counseling, I heard that Wichita's infamous late-term abortionist George Tiller had injured Mark with his Jeep Grand Cherokee - the one I had seen parked in the lot on a regular basis - the one that drove past me as I prayed for his conversion. Eyeball to eyeball I faced "Tiller theKiller"and prayed for him as well as the victims of his horrendous crimes. I later spoke with Mark privately about what happened and I know that he was the victim of another Tiller crime and that this was yet another time that Tiller broke the law and once again got off scott-free.
Here is Operation Rescue's report on this crime:
Gietzen says that as he and another man were measuring the driveway to insure that certain prayer activities were within the law, when Tiller accelerated his Jeep Grand Cherokee directly at them, even turning to continue to aim at them as they began to move out of the way. Tiller’s Jeep struck Gietzen as he attempted to move, bruising his arm and leg, and causing pain for several months.
Gietzen filed the small claims action in order to protect other volunteers who pray and offer women assistance outside Tiller’s abortion mill from being similarly attacked.
Gietzen’s lawsuit caught the attention of the producers of two television programs, Judge Judy and Judge Joe Brown. Gietzen received letters from both programs asking to try the case on their shows. Gietzen is still considering the offers.
“We support Mark’s efforts to seek a monetary judgment against Tiller in small claims court in compensation for his injuries. It is a shame that he may have to plead his case through a television program in order to get justice,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “This case should have been pursued in criminal court, but since it was rejected by the District Attorney, Mark must take whatever legal recourse is left him. If Tiller suffers no consequences for his reckless behavior, the next time he may kill someone.”
My Comment: The D.A has been paid off with "blood money" and is a "good friend" of Tiller's, which is the reason the case was dropped. This is common knowledge - everyone here is aware of it.
This case adds to Tiller’s growing legal problems. Tiller is currently facing 19 criminal counts of unlawful late-term abortion, a grand jury investigation that is presently on hold pending an appeal to the Kansas Supreme Court, and two active complaints with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts for illegal abortions, violation of medical ethics and standard of care at his Wichita abortion clinic.

I am praying for God's justice in this situation. Once again, Tiller has intentionally hurt another human being without facing the consequences of his crime.
