Life Chain Sunday in KS

Today was Life Chain Sunday. Life Chain is a national effort where pro-life citizens stand along a well-traveled route for one hour, holding pre-made signs and praying for an end to abortion. In Kansas alone, there were over 70 Life Chains across the state. Here are a few photos from one of the many Life Chains held in Wichita. It was a beautiful sunny, breezy day in the low 80's -- a great day to be outdoors.

This was really cute. This dog had his own combination box stand and sign, which reads: "Bark fur Life."

We got a lot of thumbs up and people honking horns and waving at us. We even got into a conversation with a stopped vehicle containing two young adult men, who gave us a thumbs up and then yelled "NO OBAMA!" with thumbs down. At that all our thumbs went down.
