A Tribute to President Bush

Lately, I have been thinking a lot about President Bush and how grateful I am to him for all that he has done for our country, especially for the pro-life movement.

I remember prior to the election praying and fasting for him to win and I was so happy when he did. I can honestly say that I am proud that he was our president and applaud his efforts in supporting a culture of life. He leaves behind a strong pro-life legacy.

It was my intention to write an article of my own on his accomplishments, but Steve Ertelt has done an excellent job. You can read his post at LifeNews.Com.

  2. Over all I give him a good grade. But I was disappointed this fall before the election when he gave away all the money for bailouts caused by greedy politicians, that we are expected to pay for. This seems like the first step in opening the flood gates for the illegal President elect., Barack Hussein Obama to socialize our country.

I wish to keep my guns, money and freedom, you keep the change!

  3. Marie,

I did read your tribute and it was excellent. I have it highlighted in my news items at the bottom right hand side of my blog. Thank you for writing this timely piece.
    God bless you!

Bill, I wasn't happy at all about that bail-out situation, but I don't know what the alternatives were. I just know that many people are suffering economically because of that situation and it is not right. It makes me angry every time I think of it.
