Kansas Senate Abortion Override Fails
The Kansas Senate fell one vote short of overriding Gov. Mark Parkinson's veto of an abortion bill.
On a vote of 26-14 Wednesday morning, the Senate was just shy of the 27 votes and two-thirds majority needed to override the governor's veto of House Bill 2115.
