IL Governor Quinn Defends Himself Against Catholic Criticism

Via The Chicago Tribune:

Gov. Pat Quinn today said he's following his conscience by presenting an award at an upcoming event for an abortion rights political action committee, a move that prompted Cardinal Francis George and five other Roman Catholic bishops in Illinois to criticize him.
