Intercessory Prayers to the Child Jesus

O Holy Child Jesus, You bless all who call upon Your holy name. You pour out Your tender love and mercy on all who come before you as little children, with open hearts eager to receive all that You have to give them. Today I place before You all those who are poor and needy, those who are lonely, physically ill, mentally ill, hurting emotionally, those who are suffering from: the pain of an abortion, the loss of a child, all those who are grieving in any way. Lay Your healing hand upon them and help them in their distress. Sanctify their suffering; help them to trust in You. Heal their hurts, Lord. Comfort and console them. Dry their tears and warm their hearts with the fire of Your love. Holy Child, Little King Jesus, hear our prayer and pour out Your abundant graces upon us. For, our strength lies in You alone.

I come to You today, dear Jesus, as Your little child, and open my heart up to You. I place before You all the special needs of Your children:

For the special intentions of the Holy Father.

For holy Cardinals, Bishops, Priests, Sisters, Brothers, deacons, seminarians, and leaders in Your Church.

For peace in the world, that the wisdom of Christ will rid the world of hatred, hostility, and violence.

For a special intention for Bill today.

For a young expectant mom who is being pressured to abort her baby.

For A., a beautiful woman, who is in the early stages of Alzheimer's.

For Joyce, who recently lost both parents and plans to spend her birthday (Thanksgiving) alone.

For Linda W., who is in the final stages of cancer.

For the success of the movie Bella, which has just arrived here.

For continued healing for Sue, who is suffering from cancer.

For all the prayer intentions at One Came Back.

For a special intention for my Spiritual Father.

For all previous prayer intentions mentioned here.

Prayers of Thanksgving:

Fr. L., who was seriously ill with cancer has been healed. Praise God!
