Joke for the Day

A Dominican, a Franciscan, and a Jesuit die at the same time. They are standing in line at the pearly gates. St. Peter takes the Franciscan in and shows him where he will live--a little brown hut. "Perfect!" the Franciscan exclaims. St. Peter gives the Dominican a little black and white house. "Wonderful," the Dominican says. Then St. Peter takes the Jesuit and a chorus of angels start to sing Alleluia and trumpets blare and heavenly hosts proclaim the entrance of the Jesuit to his abode--a mansion.

The Dominican and the Franciscan look at each other and very humbly ask St. Peter why the Jesuit lives in a mansion.

St Peter responded, "Well, you see, we've never had a Jesuit before."
