Baby in a Box

Inside Catholic produced this video and Zoe Romanowsky shares the following:

InsideCatholic.com’s The Baby in the Box video has been getting a lot of play around the web. The brief spot poses a basic question: Should we not err on the side of caution when it comes to the way we treat the unborn?

Even before I was a practicing Catholic, I was a pro-life feminist. It just made sense to me -- the right to life is the most fundamental right of all. And I believed then, as I do now, that solution-oriented approaches, focusing on the needs of women, will best bring about a culture of life.

When I saw The Baby in the Box, I suspected pro-choice feminists might twist it into an anti-woman message. Sadly, I was right. The comments on various feminist blogs range from ignorant to bizarre to down right nasty.

She shares some of the ridiculous examples here from these women who are obviously unaware of what a metaphor is. This is something that I would expect junior high students to know. Perhaps these women didn't make it that far in school???

They also seem to be unaware of what it means to communicate like ladies instead of drunken sailors.

  1. If the pro-death camp is so sure of themselves, how come they are unwilling to allow the truth to be told?

Example! Schools are not allowed to give a child an aspirin without parental permission, but they are required to give the girl a birth control pill if she asks, most states take her for an abortion, and even some states, to cross state lines for her abortion, all without her parents knowledge!!!

  2. I think the problem here is that these women are too focused on themselves and not concerned about their children. These is what our society encourages via the media and PP.
