Top Celebrities Endorse Propsition 73
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 7 /Christian Wire Service/ -- Top celebrities release strong endorsements for the YES on 73 campaign during the final push for Prop 73, the Parents' Right to Know initiative on California's special election ballot Tuesday, November 8th. If passed, Proposition 73 will prevent an abortion from being performed on a minor girl until 48 hours after her parent or guardian is notified.
Patricia Heaton says, "As a parent, I can't think of anything more important than the welfare of our children. Proposition 73 will ensure that parents can help their young daughters if they become pregnant."Dr. Laura Schlessinger says, "I already voted YES on Prop 73 through an absentee voting form. I urge everyone who cares about children to do the same."New audio statements endorsing Prop 73 from Dr. Laura, Ben Stein and talk radio host Laura Ingraham are online with free downloads at the Official Yes on 73 site: www.Yeson73.net
Actor Patrick Warburton, concerned for the safety of his children, especially his young daughter, warns parents in a video statement that, "California law currently allows someone other than a parent to take a child, a girl as young as 12 years of age, to go and get an abortion without the parents knowing anything about this. This means that your neighbor, a teacher, an older boyfriend, a sexual predator -- can legally take your 12-year-old daughter to go and get an abortion, a secret, confidential abortion."Like many parents, Warburton believes this is wrong. He wants to change the law to protect young girls and restore parents' rights. Warburton adds, "I can tell you as a father, who loves his daughter more than anything in the world, I will vote YES on 73 come Tuesday, November 8th. I hope that you do too."The 60-second video statement from Patrick Warburton is also available at http://www.yeson73.net/

Puddy! Whodda thunk it! Kewl. ;)
ReplyDeleteI've always thought Patricia Heaton was cute. But when I found out a few years ago that she was pro-life, and quite vocal about it, I fell in love.
ReplyDeleteIt's okay - I have my wife's permission.
I went to law school and was in the Federalist Society with Laura Ingraham at UVa. She's quite nifty, too.
Whenever I see that guy to the right, I keep picturing in my mind a guy with red paint on his face screaming "DEVILS!"
ReplyDeleteThat is him, isn't it?
Laura Ingraham, nifty? A new pocket knife with a pair of pliers is nifty. Laura Ingraham is hot. It's okay, my wife doesn't know I just said that...yet.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes...that's Puddy! I'm actually picturing the one where he was on the plane and mindlessly staring ahead at the chair in front of him. lol
I can't remember. Was he or was he not "spongeworthy"?
ReplyDeleteCan I say that on a Catholic blog? I know I can't say what I think about Patty Heaton on a Catholic blog. I'm surprised my wife let's me get away with saying it around her.
As for Laura, in addition to being smart, she's definitely a fine-looking woman NOW. Let's just say I knew her when she was smart. ;)
LOL, Jay.
ReplyDeleteI've never had the fortune of listening to Laura, but she sure looks smart, huh?
