Hillary Clinton, was filed in a California appeals court today in a civil fraud suit against the New York Democrat and her husband, former President Bill Clinton. My Comments: This doesn't surprise me at all - Hillary has committed crimes worse than this, but has yet to be convicted . I imagine that she will most likely pay a fine and get off. However, I will pray that justice be done in this case.

Groups request discipline for Judge who dismissed Tiller abortion charges because he failed to reveal campaign finance links. Topeka, KS – Kansas State Senator Tim Huelskamp has filed a formal complaint with the Kansas Commission on Judicial Qualifications (KCJQ) against Judge Paul W. Clark for failing to disclose on the record his financial ties to abortionist George R. Tiller’s attorney Dan Monnat, and Sedgwick County District Attorney Nola Foulston while ruling in their favor.
