Operation Rescue: Tiller Charges Point to Broad Criminal Conspiracy

New concerns about broader criminal activity on the part of late-term abortionist George R. Tiller have surfaced in the wake of 19 criminal charges filed against him by Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison on Thursday. In addition, some statements made by Morrison have led to speculation that there may be a broad conspiracy to violate the Kansas ban on post-viability abortions that may involve individuals in the Kansas Department of Heath and Environment, a bureaucracy under the oversight of pro-abortion Gov. Kathleen Sebelius. Tiller and Neuhaus “In Cahoots” The charges related to Tiller’s relationship with abortionist Ann Kristin Neuhaus, who provided the second signature required by law to justify abortions past 21 weeks gestation on 19 abortion records from 2003. Morrison, in explaining the charges at a June 28 press conference, told reporters that the law states that the two physicians cannot be “legally or financially affiliated.” He said, “In other words, they can’t be in ‘caho...

Abortion Madness continues in Kansas

Tiller's illegal activities and the political corruption surrounding it continue to be the hot topic in Kansas these days. Of course, abortions are out of control and will continue to be as long as Tiller controls the politicians in this state. This post from Operation Rescue gives us an idea of how things at the Tiller late-term abortion mill have been out of control. Here are some excerpts from that post: The mother of one woman in her 29th week of pregnancy called Mark Geitzen of the Kansas Coalition for Life to ask for intervention on behalf of her daughter. Apparently the pregnant woman, who had been active in the pro-life movement in another state, did not want the abortion, but was complying out of fear severe beatings from her husband. Geitzen reported the call to Operation Rescue, who notified th...

Abortionists Tiller, Neuhaus Again Under Investigation By KSBHA

Wichita, KS - March 6, 2007- Additional information was filed with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) last week to support a complaint made in October, 2006, against abortionists George R. Tiller and Ann Kristin Neuhaus for committing illegal late-term abortions. An investigation is in progress. Submitted to the KSBHA last week were seven documents, including the 30-count criminal complaint filed against Tiller by the State Attorney General's office last December alleging late-term abortions for reasons such as a single episode of depression. While that case was dismissed at the request of pro-abortion District Attorney Nola Foulston on jurisdictional grounds, the merits of that case have never been questioned. "Our own investigations revealed that Tiller was likely doing illegal abortions. The former Attorney General came to that same conclusion," said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. Kansas law bans late-term abortions past 22 weeks gestation, a devel...
