Abortion survivors protest the 2008 Democrat Convention

The group Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust (www.survivors.la) staged a protest at the 2008 Democrat National Convention in Denver on August 27, 2008. They first replaced flowers on The Children's Wall as they have done every day of the convention. The flowers have remained untouched. They then staged a "Die In," to emulate abortion deaths against a backdrop of large graphic photos of aborted babies with the caption, "Barack Obama Change This." ~ Via Jill Stanek.

Activist Group Launches Campaign and Web Site To Expose Obama’s Abortion Extremism

Image
Denver, CO — Operation Rescue has launched a web site, ObamaWantsYou.com , as part of a multi-faceted campaign to expose Sen. Barack Obama’s fanatical abortion views. The web site features an image of Obama dressed as Uncle Sam, with the slogan “Obama Wants You To Pay For Abortions.” It also features six other extremist abortion views that Obama has espoused, including his belief that children are a punishment, and his heartless opposition to legislation that would provide protection to infants born alive as the result of an abortion. Rev. Pat Mahoney of the Christian Defense Coalition will discuss the campaign at a press conference on Wednesday, August 18, 2008, at 11:00 AM (ET) in front of Obama’s office at the Hart Senate Office Building in Washington, DC. Operation Rescue will be joining the Christian Defense Coalition, the Survivors, and other groups in Denver during the DNC for a pro-life public outreach called A Prayer For Change. MORE
