What's up with Sarah Palin?

Sarah Palin announced her resignation as Governor of Alaska at the end of the month. Palin decided not to seek a second term as Governor. Instead of serving as a lame duck, she has decided to resign and relinquish her office to the Lieutenant Governor. She sounds really fed up with the stupidity of the Obama administration (my words, not hers), who have been trying to dig up dirt on her and have been wasting the state's time and money on ridiculous "ethics" complaints. She wants to "build" up the state and our country, rather than tear it down like the current administration is trying to do. She refuses to deal with politics as usual. Watch the whole video, which is very revealing. Is she getting ready for 2012? I certainly hope so! Go, Sarah! You are awesome!

Jill Stanek: ABC censors 2nd pro-life ad

On October 10, the National Right to Life Committee announced the ABC Radio Network had refused to run the audio version of the following anti-Obama ad during the Sean Hannity radio show. NRLC reported ABC emailed that the ad, "while supporting aspects of a Pro-Life position, weighs more heavily toward electioneering." Well duh. It is indeed an electioneering ad, paid for by NRLC's Political Action Committee, the function of which is to electioneer, allowed under federal law. So today LifeNews.com reported that ABC Chicago is refusing to air the ad below by Caring Outreach : Jean Synovic, a representative of the Caring Outreach, tells LifeNews.com that ABC, without citing any scientific or medical sources, claimed that the images used in the commercial were not that of an unborn child at 85 days gestation, as the ad states. Sarah Palin on the Campaign Trail

PENSACOLA, Fla. -- It was a long day for many people in Pensacola. Around 10,000 waited for hours in the rain to see Sarah Palin. A lot of folks got there before 9:00 in the morning, a little after 11:00, the line started moving, but once they got inside, it meant more waiting. Palin arrived around 3:00 p.m. and spoke for about 25 minutes. Her mission was to rally the troops. Supporters said it was great, and it only makes them want to support her even more. Civic Center officials said this is the first time a vice presidential candidate has spoken in Pensacola. (Fox News) Check out the two videos here. Reaction from the Palin Crowd. Video: McCain Supporter Chides the Press in PA

It isn't often that I post videos from CNN, but this one was good. McCain in Scranton PA: The third question he took was from a well-spoken woman who first thanked McCain for picking Gov. Palin. Then she turned to the rear of the room (where the press are located) and called out shame upon you for your attack of Palin. She followed up this comment by asking where are the 30 investigators into Ayers. I especially like the fact that she stands up for Sarah Palin's daughter, Bristol, who is pregnant. A wonderful moment! Via The Gateway Pundit.

Palin's Pastor Urges Flock to Pray for the Press

"It's been an interesting week," laughed Kroon, pastor at the Wasilla Bible Church, as he welcomed attendees. The nondenominational congregation where Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin and her family worship was carrying on services as usual this Sunday, but with a few extra guests. In just more than a week since presidential candidate John McCain picked Alaska's governor to be his running mate, Palin's hometown of 9,000 has been inundated with journalists from around the world. For days now the media have delved into her terms as city council member and mayor here, and questioned residents and questioned them again for background on the state's most famous politician. Kroon began services asking any reporters who might be in the crowd to respect church members' opportunity to worship. "This isn't the place to be fishing for interviews," he said. He then asked the 300 congregants at the first of two morning services to pray for...

New Hampshire newspaper rejects anti-Planned Parenthood ads

It's apparent -- to pro-life leader Jim Sedlak, at least -- that the newspaper in Concord, New Hampshire, is reluctant to print anything that puts Planned Parenthood in a bad light. Hear This Report A pro-life advocate says a New Hampshire newspaper rejected an ad that exposed the atrocities of Planned Parenthood, even though taxpayers are forced to fund the abortion provider. Jim Sedlak, who heads the Stop Planned Parenthood ( STOPP ) project of the American Life League, says when a hearing was held last week concerning a proposed bill in New Hampshire to defund the federally-funded abortion provider, his group traveled to the state capitol of Concord to testify. Sedlak explains that in conjunction with that appearance, STOPP tried to place ads in the Concord Monitor to expose what Planned Parenthood is all about -- promoting sexual promiscuity and abortion for profit. He says the newspaper rejected the ad. "We then sent them a second ad and eventually a third ad on differen...
