Getting ready to go to the annual parish dinner for those who participate in stewardship with our friends, Linda and Al. I don't know why the middle photo turned out so fuzzy, but I liked it, so I included it. Al is a fairly new convert to the faith. He is a former Protestant minister who came into the Catholic Church in Easter of 2007. The dinner itself included around 3000 people and we started out with our choice of wine. Bill and I both like White Zinfandel and guess what brand it was on this beautiful fall day? Turning Leaf!!!

Our Activities On This Beautiful Sunday in Fall

We went for a walk around our neighborhood (It was in the mid 70's here today.) and photographed the colorful trees. Later on, we stopped to pick up another couple to join us at the annual parish supper , which is for everyone who is involved in stewardship in our parish. I believe that there are a little over 3,000 parishioners who share their gifts.
