Today, I am praying for the following special intentions: John Michael Talbot and his community: several of their structures burned to the ground last night Carol, a young wife and mother who has cervical cancer. A minor who is pregnant by a con artist she still trusts. An end to abortion and all sins against human life. An end to tragedies like this. For this special intention. In humble supplication, let us come before our Lord and King. Lord, we place at Your altar the following prayer intentions: Kim and her dear husband Greg, whose little one, Elizabeth Hope, miscarried at 5 weeks. Lord, hear us in our need as we pray: Thank you, Lord, for the healing that is taking place in Gloria. She is recovering from the cancer surgery and is still in ICU. The Dr. feels confident that they removed all the cancerous growth from Gloria with the exception of her liver, which is still extensively involved with tumors. However, since the Primary site was removed, her doctors believe that they will be able to treat the liver more effectively. Please continue to give the medical staff wisdom and compassion. For improved health and peace for L. who has a fever and a malady which appears to drug-resistant. As a result, she has been unable to attend her field placement and has much make-up work to do, including a research paper.
