Lila Rose and Live Action Films today exposed yet another Planned Parenthood sting in its undercover investigation and video series. This time it's a PP abortion mill in clinic in Birmingham , AL , caught 2 ways: for covering up rape of a minor and circumventing parental consent laws. A Planned Parenthood counselor in Birmingham was caught on hidden camera telling an alleged 14-year-old statutory rape victim that the clinic "does sometimes bend the rules a little bit" rather than report sexual abuse to state authorities. This is the seventh Planned Parenthood clinic implicated in a multi-state child abuse scandal involving the deliberate and unlawful suppression of evidence of statutory rape. Without offering any specific explanation , the video-sharing site YouTube has removed a new video by the student group Live Action that shows dishonest counseling practices at Planned Parenthood. The video first plays undercover footage of a Planned Parenthood counselor from Tucson, AZ telling a patient that images of aborted fetuses "are not real" and then shows photographs of a completed abortion and documentation of their authenticity. Lila Rose , 20-year-old president of Live Action, calls on YouTube to re-instate the video in accordance with its own guidelines: "Since the video we posted does not violate any terms of use, we expect YouTube to re-instate it immediately. YouTube's own 'Community Guideline Tips' advise that intense or disturbing imaging should be 'balanced with additional context and information,' which is exactly what Live Action has done." Lila Rose and Live Action have just released video #5 in their Mona Lisa series of undercover investigative sting videos of Planned Parenthoods across America. Lila Rose, 20-year-old UCLA student, entered Planned Parenthood's Memphis Health Center undercover and told a counselor that she was 14 years old, pregnant by her 31-year-old "boyfriend", and needed a secret abortion so her parents would not find out about her sexual relationship with the older man. Tennessee Code 37-1-605 requires health professionals to report suspected cases of sexual abuse of minors to law enforcement immediately. Although TN law is clear PP should have immediately reported the suspected sexual abuse, the counselor told Lila she wouldn't and then doubled her offense by telling Lila to lie about her perpetrator's age to a judge so she could get a bypass and avoid her parents finding out as well. Live Action Films today released video #4 in its Mona Lisa Project. This new undercover investigation continues the exposure of PP of AZ child sex abuse. It captures PP workers at 2 Phoenix abortion mills engaging in yet another rape cover-up. From Jill Stanek : The LAF press release reminded us PP of AZ has a history: This is not the first time PP of AZ has failed to report sexual abuse. In 2002, an AZ judge found the abortion provider negligent for failing to report the sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl by her 23-year-old foster brother, who brought her to a Phoenix-area clinic for an abortion in 1998. This new undercover investigation from Live Action Films finds a third Planned Parenthood (Tucson, AZ) covering up statutory rape of young girls.

A team of volunteers at Live Action Films who earlier released videos of two Planned Parenthood offices advising how to conceal a reported sexual assault on a child now wants the abortion company to answer a few questions, such as how many abortions does it perform and how many reports does it submit to Child Protective Services. In an open letter and a video released today, the pro-life organization said the public should know what is going on at the company that gets millions of federal taxpayer dollars annually. American Life League 's STOP Planned Parenthood project head Jim Sedlak will join Indianapolis Right to Life, 40 days for Life – Indianapolis and Voice of the Innocents Dec. 13 in a 9:30 a.m. press conference and Empty Manger event outside Planned Parenthood of Indianapolis to ask Indiana Attorney General Steve Carter to launch an investigation of the organizations violation of state law. Live Action President Lila Rose talks with Bill O'Reilly about sexual abuse coverup discovered in an undercover investigation of a Bloomington, IN Planned Parenthood. Lila Rose did an excellent job on talking points here and O'Reilly latched onto her comment about Planned Parenthood covering up statutory rape.
