Yesterday, in Judge Tatum's court in Johnson County, District Attorney Phill Kline presented evidence to show that Planned Parenthood's lawyers may have a conflict of interest in representing Planned Parenthood in Kline's case against Planned Parenthood. The hearing was valuable for uncovering actions indicating Sebelius' hand-picked AG, Paul Morrison, gravely misused his office both to help Planned Parenthood avoid prosecution, as well as to hide all his court maneuverings on their behalf.
