Scheidler Pro-Life Case Heard By the High Court for the Third Time
The case brought by the National Organization for Women against Joseph Scheidler, head of the Pro-Life Action League, has now been heard for the third time by the U.S. Supreme Court. Wendy Wright, CWA’s Executive Vice President, was on hand for the oral arguments and has first hand knowledge of this case. She says that while the details of this case, charging peaceful pro-life demonstrators with violating the federal anti-racketeering law, have become ludicrous and are no longer germane they are a reminder that abortion advocates will stop at nothing to destroy unborn life and anyone who tries to restrain them.Click here to listen.
