PASSION SUNDAY (PALM SUNDAY)

Palm Sunday is the sixth and last Sunday of Lent. On Palm Sunday, we celebrate the first joy of the season, as we commemerate Our Lord's triumphant entrance into Jerusalem where he was welcomed by crowds worshiping him and laying down palm leaves before him. It also marks the beginning of Holy Week, with the greatest tragedy and sorrow of the year.

Palm Sunday - Passion Sunday by Marcellino D'Ambrosio, Ph.D.

"My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"
~ Mark 13

"He is with you. He fights with you and for you. And with such a strong warrior, doubting in total triumph is not permissable."
~St. Padre Pio
