Press Conference Today: Operation Rescue To Release Evidence of Illegal Abortions
Wichita, KS -- Operation Rescue will hold a press conference on the eve of the 35th memorial of Roe v. Wade to release compelling evidence, including some previously unpublished documentation, that illegal late-term abortions may be continuing at Women's Health Care Services, the late-term abortion mill operated by George R. Tiller.
Operation Rescue conducted a covert investigation into late-term abortions at WHCS. Results of that investigation will be released. It includes photographic evidence that will be made public for the first time.
OR will also be making an announcement concerning the investigation.
Press Conference Details
WHEN: Monday, January 21, 2008, 1:00 PM
WHERE: 3013 E. Central Ave, Wichita, KS at Operation Rescue's new national headquarters located in a former abortion building.
Tiller is currently under investigation by a Sedgwick County grand jury for suspected illegal late-term abortions. Operation Rescue President Troy Newman testified before the grand jury on Wednesday.
"The evidence we will present, when taken in context, gives probable cause to believe that George Tiller and his abortion mill staff, are violating the laws of Kansas that were enacted to protect viable babies. This evidence demands a verdict."
~Troy Newman, Operation Rescue President

I hope Operation Rescue continues to go after Tiller. Once he is out of the picture, I believe that Kansas politics may start to be cleaned up, with the source of "political funding" gone.
