The report says "success demands a comprehensive counterinsurgency campaign" that shifts the emphasis to protecting and winning support from ordinary Afghans so as not to be seen as an occupying army. This blows my mind. Why would the Commander in Chief resist the top commander in Afghanistan's request for  more troops? Does he not want to protect his own soldiers, U.S. efforts, and our goals in this war? Does he want the terrorists to win? Is he not concerned about protecting our country?  Is this just another way of reducing the world population?
