Pence bill would end US funding for Planned Parenthood

Rep. Mike Pence of Indiana has introduced legislation in Congress that would deny US federal funding for Planned Parenthood and other institutions that promote abortion.
"Last year, Planned Parenthood received more than $363 million in revenue from government grants and contracts,” Pence said as he introduced the bill. “During that same time, they performed an unprecedented 324,008 abortions.”
