Sarah Palin's Interview with Sean Hannity, Day 2

Foreign Policy

Tonight, Sarah Palin discussed the following issues with Sean Hannity in this second day of the interview on Fox News: her son volunteering for the military and leaving for Iraq, the Iraqi war (why we need to win), the countries that pose the most dangers to America, the role of the U.S. in the world, her respect for John McCain's commitment to reform, and the media in Alaska.

Once again, she came across as being confident, strong, quick-thinking, articulate, engaging, and authentic. This was a compelling interview.

A few of her memorable quotes include:

"The Army is lucky to have my son."

"Retreat is defeat in Iraq."

"We do not want to start a war with Russia -- no cold war."

"As an optomist, I see our role as being one of being a force for good."

"We are focusing on the issues that are important to Americans in this election -- it's the economy, it's winning the war, it's a strong education system for our students today and a very healthy work force that needs to have opportunity for jobs for our hard-working families in America."
