  1. Prenatal homicide is still "legal" because the unborn human rights movement did not go to Reagan, Bush I and Bush II and tell them to appoint to the Supreme Court ONLY strong committed supporters of the rights of the unborn, judges who recognize that the Constitution under the 14th Amendment guarantees the right to life of said unborn.

Had they done so, we would have overturned Roe vs Wade in 1987 and achieved a ruling from the Supreme Court in 1992 protecting unborn human beings under the Constitution and requiring state governments to protect their basic human rights.

The continuing and endless violence against our children we owe almost entirely to our easily avoided strategic blunders. Had we done what we needed to do to achieve victory for unborn human rights, there would have been virtually nothing the abortionists could have done to stop us.

  2. Colleen, the answer to this question are several.

First there is big money involved, and as the late Will Rodgers said, we have the finest politicians money can buy!

Second, the far left liberal groups like the ACLU. They go around looking for a :test" case where they feel confident they can win. Different organizations are hesitant to go against them because it takes a lot of money to go to court.

Third, the press is hard core left. We no longer get a news paper, knowing that it is a political white sheet, and most of my friends are the same way. Did you ever wonder why the Chicago Tribune, New York TImes, L.A. Times, and others are in financial trouble? Could it be people no longer want to pay for their propaganda?

Fourth, the abortion people promote lies. They know if they tell the truth, they will be out of business.

I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture!
