Groups request discipline for Judge who dismissed Tiller abortion charges because he failed to reveal campaign finance links.

Topeka, KS – Kansas State Senator Tim Huelskamp has filed a formal complaint with the Kansas Commission on Judicial Qualifications (KCJQ) against Judge Paul W. Clark for failing to disclose on the record his financial ties to abortionist George R. Tiller’s attorney Dan Monnat, and Sedgwick County District Attorney Nola Foulston while ruling in their favor.   1. We can always dream, but we're like dogs chasing cars on this one, I fear. The only way anything we do will impact George Tiller or his stooges if if they choke on a bite of steak while yukking it up over how much they're getting away with.
