I voted for my favorites among your posts. But please, by all means, blog to please yourself, not anyone else!
ReplyDeleteUnless you've figured out a way to make money at this, make your blog what you want it to be, not what any of us would have it become!
Hi Paul,
ReplyDeleteI plan to do just that, but I am interested in finding out what my readers are most interested in reading about.
I will use the information from this poll along with spiritual direction and my own guidance from the Lord during Eucharistic Adoration as well as my own common sense to discern exactly what God wants me to do with this blog. It is my apostolate, after all, and I take it very seriously. I want to share the Good news and the truth with as many as possible. This can be accomplished in many ways. it is important to me to do it in the most effective way possible.
I enjoy polls and I hope my readers do, too. After all, I am not blogging simply to entertain myself here, but I am blogging because God has called me to do so.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for your comment, guy. Thank you for your concern, as well. It's great to chat with you.
God bless you,
Jean
May I say in reply to that, that if I come to see my favorite types of posts, and happen to then see something else that I wouldn't have come for, I may well benefit from that second post in unexpected ways.
ReplyDeleteIf I come for your political commentary, I may end up perusing a lenten reflection that I wouldn't come for, and thereby get some new insight (shallow fellow that I am).
Excellent point, Paul.
ReplyDeleteMemes tend to draw people to this site and I suppose that is one reason why I like them so much. Plus they are fun, too.
Perhaps I should start putting up some posts on American Idol, too - right next to my saint of the day posts. Hmm...
