I remember hosting Catholic Carnival many years ago, so welcome to those who are visiting for the first time. Thursday was the feast of St. Rita of Casica, the patron of desperate, impossible causes and situations. She is also the patron saint of abuse victims, difficult marriages, infertility, parenthood, sterility, and widows. Many us can relate to her story HERE and benefit from her insights.
Pope Francis celebrating Mass in the Holy Land shares his message of peace and how it can be strengthened in our world. In another homily this week, he encapsulates the true meaning of peace.
